Scott Garrett - Owner/Founder and head of operations, Scott has been providing asphalt-paving services in the Houston and South-central Texas area since 1982.

Bob Henry - Vice President, came to Hayden Paving after 15 years as a managing engineer at Schlumberger and has been working in the asphalt paving industry for 7 years. He is responsible for project management, job costing, sales, financial management, etc.

Bob Spear - Operations Supervisor, has more than 15 years of experience in the road construction industry.

Crew Leaders - All crew leaders have a minimum of 15 years experience in the asphalt paving industry and are fluent in English.
